  • GYM IS NEEDED, NO HOME GYMS (la fitness, 24 hour, gold gym, planet fitness etc.) No exceptions you will need equipment.
  • Plans range from easy to advanced
  • Easy program will be 3-4 days a week of workouts and advanced will be 5-6 days a week. Beginner will be for someone who is just starting out in the gym and intermediate to advanced will be someone who is used to dead lifting, super setting and sprinting on speed 10-12 mph.  If you aren't sure what you will fit into please sign up for a skype session so I can see what level you are at.
