I created this option for the people who don't need an in depth skype session but still need a few questions answered. My skype sessions have been quickly selling out and my inbox is full of questions which are hard to weed out and find the important ones. If you have questions that you want answered in depth when it comes to fitness, my experience with mental health or my opinion on something this is a great option for you.
For this options you get to ask me up to 5 questions, if ONE of those questions is how many calories you need to eat to lose weight or gain muscle please provide the following.
How many days a week do you workout regularly?
Describe your workouts to me, are they intense, do you do only cardio, only weights, a mix of both, don't be afraid to go into detail.
If you count calories what do you average weekly?
Is your job active or sedentary?
When you're at home are you active or sedentary?
